Mark Elliott - Managing Director
Mark Elliott

Mark Elliott is a civil engineer with a career spanning more than 20 years in a variety of contracting disciplines, including civil construction, operations and maintenance, process engineering, contract mining and building. He has delivered projects in metropolitan, rural and isolated outback locations in Australia, as well as in the Asia-Pacific region.
 
In his capacity as Managing Director, Mark has steered Conneq through an impressive growth rate over the past three years. He attributes much of this success to a belief in creating a culture of relationships and innovation.



Guy Freeland - Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer
Guy Freeland
Guy Freeland is a Chartered Accountant with a career spanning over 30 years, the last 20 years of which have been spent in senior financial and general management roles. Guy commenced his career with an international accounting firm, and after moving into the commercial world successfully worked within large Australian, Dutch and American owned corporations across a wide variety of FMCG, IT and industrial businesses based in Sydney, London and Singapore.


Robert Fletcher - Executive Director Development
Robert Fletcher
Robert Fletcher is an engineer with over 30 years experience in engineering and construction contracting. Originally a trainee engineer with the Electricity Commission of New South Wales, Robert’s career has encompassed engineering, business development and general management. His project experience has included a range of industrial infrastructure projects, from copper smelters to acid plants and power stations, executed under a variety of commercial arrangements.


David Tucker - Executive Director Infrastructure Services
David Tucker
David Tucker has over 27 years of engineering and operations experience in the planning, development and management of multi-discipline infrastructure projects.

With over $2 billion of contracts currently in hand, David has been responsible for the set-up and operation of major, long-term infrastructure assets across Australia and New Zealand.


Greg Pauline - Executive Director Power Services

Greg Pauline has held a number of senior management roles that have focused on infrastructure, major PPPs and property development in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and, more recently, in India. Over his 23 year career, Greg has worked closely with government agencies, private sector companies, financial institutions and professional agencies during the development of bids for major PPP infrastructure projects.
 
Greg focuses on expanding Conneq's core competency, the provision of power services, by leveraging the company’s existing client relationships and outstanding track record for the successful delivery of major power and telecommunications infrastructure.


Robert Rabie - Executive Director Engineering Services

Robert Rabie has two decades of experience in engineering and construction, including senior roles with industry-leading organisations in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia and South Africa. His experience includes projects in power, civil, marine and infrastructure markets.

Robert’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (QS), a Master of Commercial Law and a Master of International Business.



Paul Ferguson - General Counsel

Paul Ferguson is a commercial lawyer with over 20 years experience in mergers, acquisitions, bids, PPPs, floats and financing. He was formerly the Australian head of legal services with an international investment firm, where he had considerable exposure to commercial transactions related to major infrastructure assets.

Paul has also held senior legal roles with US and Australian financial institutions and the commercial law division of a leading Sydney law firm.


Samantha Patel - Group Human Resources Executive

Samantha Patel has over 15 years experience as a senior Human Resource executive in Europe, the US and Australia, working for large pharmaceutical, telecommunications and professional services corporations. As Group Human Resources Executive at Conneq, Samantha provides strategic guidance on cultural change and talent acquisition, retention and development and succession planning.
