Uranquinty Power Station, NSW

Conneq designed, constructed the balance of plant and installed a 640 MW gas-fired peaking power station at Uranquinty, near Wagga Wagga, in New South Wales.  The plant features four 160 MW gas turbine generators. The project achieved financial close in July 2007 and commissioning of the plant commenced in December 2008. The project was delivered on time, on budget and met stringent environmental standards.

Conneq recently completed design, construction and installation activities for two further power stations at Braemar (Queensland) and Neerabup (Western Australia) and is currently constructing the Mortlake power station in Victoria.
